Prepare to learn why this show has become so popular in India and what it’s all about!
About the show
The Ghar Waapsi tv series depicts the clash of two worlds – rural India and modernized India. The serial highlights the importance of strong family values, honesty, trust and understanding. Ghar Waapsi is like any other show but the plot revolves around these important themes which are surprisingly relevant in today’s world.
What I liked about the show
The best thing about the show is the mix of drama and romance. The show keeps you invested in all of the relationships, between Rohan and his mom, Tanya and her brother, Naina and her father.
You want to see everyone find happiness in the end. I also loved how the story line was constantly changing, so it never felt like it was dragging on for too long.
What I didn’t like about the show
The show had a major flaw and I think the show’s premise was a little lackluster. While it was cool to see the actors playing different characters each episode, there really wasn’t anything substantial in terms of story arching. You were simply following these characters as they experienced their daily lives for an hour or so. I feel like if this was done with an overarching storyline, it would have been much more interesting to watch.
Final thoughts on this Indian Television Show
So, is Ghar Wapsi worth your time? In my opinion, yes. If you are up for something lighthearted and can ignore the gaps in logic, then you’ll enjoy this show. I think that it deserves credit for breaking through the usual stereotypes of Indian dramas with a strong female lead character, who also has her own goals and ambitions outside of finding a man.
